By accessing or using the website kuai.energy (the “Site”), placing an order, or otherwise engaging with KUAI or PAO Endurance LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or purchase our products.

3. Products and Ordering
All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to involve reselling, fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your offer. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs only when the product has shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.

The name KUAI™, the 快 character mark, and the KUAI hanko-style stamp logo are trademarks of PAO Endurance LLC. Use of these marks without express written permission is prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site’s operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, to transmit viruses or harmful code, or to use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
